Refund Policy

At Crosstown Traffic Vending, we strive to ensure a positive experience with our machines. We understand that things happen and machines can malfunction, leading to unexpected issues like product jams, payment system errors, or even a loss of money.                                                                          


 We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes and for any financial loss you may have experienced. We know how frustrating it can be when a machine doesn't work as expected, and we're committed to making it right.

General Refund Conditions

 

  • Damaged or Unusable Product: Did your snack or drink come out with torn packaging, was it stale, expired, or just not quite right? We're truly sorry about that!


  • Machine Malfunction:  Sometimes our machines have a hiccup. This covers situations where the machine took your money but wasn't able to complete the transaction. 


  • Double Charge: If you were charged twice for a single transaction, we can definitely help sort that out.


  • Product Not Dispensed: You paid for an item, but it just wouldn't drop. While most of our machines are pretty smart (they often won't charge your card if an item doesn't vend, or they'll return cash automatically), we understand this can still happen.

Requesting a Refund for Card Transactions

 

For any refund requests involving a credit or debit card, we'll need a little help from you to process things smoothly:


  • Proof of Transaction: To verify your purchase and speed up your refund, please provide a clear photo or screenshot of the relevant transaction(s) from your bank or card statement.


  • Card Holds: Please note that some card transactions may initially appear as a temporary hold on your account. These usually clear within 2-3 business days without needing a refund.
